Notices:

NON-ATTORNEYS: AILA will not accept registrations from persons who provide representation without proper authorization in violation of 8 CFR part 292 such as for-profit "immigration consultants" or "notarios." Non-attorneys must register by mail, fax or email and provide your signature as proof of compliance with this restriction on the registration form.

COURSE MATERIALS: Course materials will be provided on CD. Printed outlines and/or powerpoints will be provided for note-taking. You may order the course materials to be printed for an additional $70, as long as your place your order by 5:00pm January 25, 2008.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing by 5:00pm January 25, 2008 will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. (email to cle@kcba.org) After 5:00pm January 25, 2008, no refunds will be given but substitute attendees are allowed.
